I think this is more a plan for the future than a idea for present. One of the reasons which came in my mind is that most of the members are Romanians and until the percentage between us and our non Romanians fellows is not all most equal I don't see the reason why changing the language.

most of the members speak romanian, so using english doesn't make sense.
plus, the most important things that you can find here are movies and pictures, which don't need any translation.

The number of English speaking visitors is not going to increase without English content ... movies excluded (you can find those on youtube)

I just voted for English (to even up the situation), but I believe that the results of the Poll will be useful to see what the majority of the members want. This forum started in Romanian language, and I've always said that the SKNX forum belongs to its members.
Dixon, you are doing a great job by opening new threads and writing in English, you also make us write in English, and I believe this is the best way to transform the forum.
Anyone who wants to write in English is free to do so, but we cannot impose this to every member, if there is not a majority in the Poll for the English language.
If more members will start to write in English, maybe the rest of the members will change their minds. We can make another poll over a month or so, to see if something changed (meanwhile this poll has 6 more days to go).

it is sad to see that the opportunity to become English has been turned down by the democratic system ...

No need to worry because of that, you can still write in English, I'm sure you'll get replies

the board have about 73 members and only 14 have voted against english. that means around 52 +7=59 members dont have problem if the board is in english. so now administrators can discuss on this subject in their internal meetings ...and take a final decision.

The general rule for voting is: " If You Don't Vote, You Don't Count! "The majority is given only by the members who voted. " If You Don't Vote, You Don't Count! "
