Pun din nou niste filmulete pe care le-am mai pus si in alt topic: sknx.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=skandenberg&thread=57&page=1#312 Arm Wrestling Techniques - Explaining the Shoulder Press AKA The PressArm Wrestling Techniques - Explaining The Top RollArm Wrestling Techniques - Explaining the Hook" Visit armwrestlingtechniques.com - for Arm Wrestling Techniques and tips. United Kingdom Armwrestling Training in Cambridge with Dan, Charles, Jo, Martin and many more...

Cenk Selim Hoca pe facebook: " Just two questions to you guys. If a guy is in his mid thirties that has been training all his life but is new to competitive arm wrestling, is there much room for improvement? The second question is, how do you deal with someone that has enormous hands? You know, hands so big that it makes you feel like a small child. " Raspunsul lui John Brzenk: " Lot's of room for improvement ...it takes a good 3 to 4 years to strengthen the attachment points on the forearm joints...shoulder and wrist. Even with a great muscle base you will improve greatly with practice on the table. " " second part of the question ...develop hammer curl arm back pressure and protect your hand and fingers by keeping them high ...you will need to rely on the strap for most of your matches. "
