Power Twister
We are proud to represent the hardest Power Twister in the world! The Beast Power Twister bar made from high quality carbon steel spring and 40mm maple super strong handles. Spring has special coating for high protection against rust. The Python Grip Power Twister comes with 3 levels of spring resistance 10mm, 11mm and 12mm wire diameter. If we want to compare them to hand grippers, of course this is just "metaphor", we might rate these levels as 100-110 kg,120-130 kg and 140-150 kg . Those levels of our Power Twister version are few times heavier than "regular" power twister exercise bar. This Power Twister is very cool and interesting piece of equipment, during the exercise with this huge Power Twister version your body need to mobilize a lot of many motor units in. "...is not just for the show to intimidate other folks". * To begin the exercise , You have both of your arms extended with "The Beast" and positioned parallel to the ground.* For the start of the movement ,180 degrees between the handles, your body need a lot of an explosive power . Of course, good start come from very strength wrist and front deltoids ! *Once the bar is slightly bent , between 150-90 degrees ,it is the similar work like in "side pressure" training, you need a good tendons in this phase the spring " shoots" into the elbow and shoulders joints, particulary your biceps are working too. * As your elbows are raised more your chest muscles included more and more in the work . *From framed "U" spring you are able to touch with the handles just if your chest muscles ( and little bit of back ) strong enough .You should feel your triceps working through to your forearms, wrists and into chest and core..When the handles are about to touch, squeeze your back together and you will feel your inner lats working as well.the movement should be smooth and slow.A lot of times I have noticed users extend one arm and pull the bar together instead of squeezing! That is not proper way to do the exercise and can result in injury! |
